About the Mandala - Please be patient while the

The word mandala is a Sanskrit word meaning
“circle”. This form is usually seen as a repeated
pattern or series of patterns around a common
center. Mandalas are used in religious ceremonies by
Buddhist monks of Tibet, and members of the Navajo
Americans of the U.S. The mandala represents both
the diversity and the wholeness of the universe, all
with a single center. This pattern of the circle
within the circles is the basic structure of all
creation. Mandalas are useful meditation tools. Many meditators believe sitting in front of a mandala has
a positive effect on the consciousness.
You may print the mandalas for your personal use.

How to use a Mandala: The
word mandala is a Sanskrit word meaning “circle”.
This form is usually seen as a repeated pattern or
series of patterns around a common center. Mandalas
are used in religious ceremonies by Buddhist monks
of Tibet, and members of the Navajo Americans of the
U.S. The mandala represents both the diversity and
the wholeness of the universe, all with a single
center. This pattern of the circle within the
circles is the basic structure of all creation.
Mandalas are useful meditation tools capable of
transmitting energies of Source and Sacred Geometry.
There is no wrong or right way
to use a mandala, and many enjoy them for the sheer
beauty they can lend to a wall or computer
wallpaper. The images are beautiful projected from
power point or an overhead projector onto a wall.
Once you have downloaded your
mandalas, you may choose to gaze into the screen,
feeling the energy emitted from it, and allowing it
to take you into a peaceful consciousness.
The mandalas can be printed,
cut out, laminated, and used as a visual focus tool
during meditation, or placed under your meditation
mat or the cushion of a chair, allowing the energies
of the image to open your consciousness. The
laminated mandala may also be placed over an area of
discomfort to balance the energy over the affected
area. Like any other energy modality, use this
technique less frequently if you experience any
detox symptoms.
Enjoy!

Peace of One
Sacred Flowers Mandala
I designed this mandala, then realized it had some
very special flowers integrated into it. The pink
and white lotus, sacred to the Hindu, Buddhist, and
other world religions, makes a beautiful border. The
Passion flower, also called Christ Flower, is one of
the flowers representative of Christianity. It has
wonderful energy.
